Brian wanted to play guitar because it was easier to move than a piano.
Brian started with piano lessons as a kid, but didn't really like it. As a teenager, he took guitar lessons from a guy at church.
Brian now lives in front of a computer in San Diego. He wears nothing but shorts 320 days a year while running his online personality and career testing business. He lived in Germany for 16 years and Japan for 2 years. He's been obeying his wife for over 26 years, which contributes greatly to his health. Brian plays in a rock band in San Diego.

This is a 100 second clip of Brian playing an excerpt from Paganini's Caprice #24 for Violin for the faculty and student body (about 100 people) at a week-long guitar camp he attended in L.A. He stops half-way through to get the audience to clap along. Not the usual arrangement! Sorry, Mac users, you're going to need a PC to see this one.
